Initiate Your Return
Visit your order history in the Google Store, select the item you wish to return, and click on the 'Return' button to start the process.
Print Your Label
Once your return request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Package Your Item
Securely pack your item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the return authorization slip is inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse for inspection.
